Berry and Whey protein Smoothie
This smoothie works best with vanilla or strawberry flavoured protein. It’s real easy to make and it’s my first choice provided I have the ingredients available.
- 1 large spoon of whey protein
- 1 cup of frozen berries
- 1 lrge glass of almond/ rice milk
In the blender they go, vvvrrrrrrrr… and serve chilled.
