Tylor’s Spinach Shake Recipe

10-15 Spinach Leaves (Roughly a large handful)
1/2 Cup of milk
1/2 Cup of your favorite yogurt
1 Cup of blueberries
1/2 kiwi
2 scoops of your favorite protein powder (preferably vanilla flavor)
1/2 apple

Combine all ingredients together in a blender, blend for 2 minutes on high. If your shake is too thick, add water until you reach your desired consistency. Put the shake in the fridge for 5 min to chill, re-blend for 10 seconds after shake is cool. Enjoy!
